Hi, I'm Byron Foster

Nice to meet you!...:

Hi! If you are new to this website, let me introduce myself: I'm Byron Foster and I am a Paramedic. I am originally from southern Africa, but I am currently on contract in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This site, www.byronfoster.com, is both a portal for prospective employers, and a means for family and friends to keep up to date with the Foster clan on their escapades. Please take the time to browse around and then Contact Me.

Prospective Employers:

I have been fortunate to have exposure to a cross-section of emergency medical environments during my career: urban vs. rural (& really, really remote!), governmental vs. private services, local vs. international exposure, aero-medical vs. ground-based EMS.

Be sure to visit some of the Links I have posted which should give an idea of some of the services I have worked with & helped develop.

Jump straight to My Résumé / CV page to browse my resume and a selection of my certificates. Don't forget to Contact Me.

Do not seek too much fame - but do not seek obscurity.

Be proud - But do not remind the world of your deeds.

Excel when you must - but do not excel the world.

Many heroes are not yet born - many have already died.

To be alive to hear this song is a victory.

To Our Mothers & Mates

Isn't it amazing how time flies?

There are some many things that are missed when families are apart. I know you've missed special moments that would mean so much to you.

Ships that pass in the night, and speak each other in passing

Only a signal shown and a distant voice in the darkness;

So on the ocean of life we pass and speak one another,

Only a look and a voice; then darkness again and a silence.

  -  Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

This site is another means of us keeping you all up to date with the goings on in our family. I will attempt to keep our Family Gallery page updated with scans, photos, video and audio files from our activities. Refer back often for the regular updates.

To leave is to die a little;

To die to what we love.

We leave behind a bit of ourselves

Wherever we have been.
